Art that strengthens atmosphere, identity and everyday experience

I work with workplaces, businesses and architects to curate art projects that becomes a meaningful part of how people meet, work and relate to their surroundings. Each project is developed in relation to architecture, context and organizational culture.

How I work with workplaces

1. Introductory dialogue

Every collaboration begins with conversations about the workplace, its culture, physical environment and ambitions of the project.

2. Contract and scope

Together we define timeframe, budget, stakeholders and project goals.

3. Artist research

I research artists, practices and artworks that align with the architecture, culture and everyday use of the space.

4. Curatorial direction

I present a curated selection of works and artists alongside an implementation plan. The curatorial direction is agreed upon before moving on.

5. Acquisitions and installation

I facilitate artist dialogue, acquisition and installation, whether it involves curation of existing works, artist commissions or site-specific projects.

6. Communication and Events

If relevant, I can support communication and events that strengthen engagement with the artworks.

Workplaces are more than functional environments. They are places where people spend a significant part of their lives, form relationships and create shared experiences.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. I work with projects of different scales and budgets.

If you are unsure whether art advisory is relevant for your workplace, you are welcome to get in touch for an initial conversation.

  • Yes. I collaborate with architects, interior designers and other project stakeholders throughout the development and implementation of a project.

  • Art cannot create culture or improve performance on its own. However, it can shape how people experience their workplace, how they connect with each other, and how they relate to the environment in which they spend a significant part of their lives.

This is especially true when employees are invited into an ongoing dialogue through initiatives such as art clubs, artist talks, events or a clear communication strategy around the artworks.

  • I do not represent artists and I do not work from a fixed portfolio.

Instead, I collaborate with a wide range of independent artists, often outside traditional gallery systems. This allows for a more flexible and context-driven approach.

It also means that a larger share of the budget can often be allocated directly to artworks and artists rather than intermediary commissions.

  • I work with a transparent hourly rate and do not take commission on artworks.

Before any project begins, we agree on a clear scope, budget and fee structure.

As a general guideline, workplace projects typically start from DKK 100,000, including advisory services and artworks.
