In a focused conversation, we explore your esthetics, space and budget. Based on our conversation I will conduct an artist research in my database and extended network, and you will receive a personalized Art Discovery Brief introducing artists and artworks that match your preferences.

We will discuss the brief and I will share my recommendation and possible next steps.

The Art Discovery Session is particularly helpful if you:

  • would like to buy art but are unsure where to begin

  • prefer discovering artists beyond the traditional gallery circuit

  • are looking for art that fits a specific space in your home

  • want guidance before making your first purchase

    I will confirm your request within a few days.

  • We discuss your space, preferences, budget and interests. The meeting will be online or on phone.

    Based on our conversation I might ask you to send additional information e.g. pictures of your home and treasured objects or artworks.

  • Based on your preferences I will do an artist research in my existing database and extended network, and carefully select 5-8 artists matching your esthetics, space and budget.

  • In a meeting I will present 5-8 carefully selected independent Danish artists, matching your preferences.

    Based on the presentation and your feedback, I will share my recommendations and optional next steps.

    Afterwards you will receive the presentation as an PDF.

  • If you would like support continuing the process, the Art Discovery Session can naturally develop into a more comprehensive art advisory process.

Art Advisor & Artist Coach

Signe Sylvester works as an art advisor with a rare insight into the independent art field in Denmark. Allowing her clients to discover talented artists on the rise as well as established professionals who have chosen to work beyond the traditional gallery system.

Her professional background spans both sides of the art ecosystem. From 2015 to 2018, she ran a small independent gallery, gaining first-hand insight into the commercial art structure and the dynamics between artists, buyers and representation.

Since 2018, she has worked closely with independent artists as a career and business advisor, supporting them in developing sustainable artistic practices and professional strategies. This ongoing collaboration provides her with a rare understanding of artistic processes, motivations and economic realities.
